GENERAL SERVICE :

  • All the products are of Premium Quality. Products like watches, shoes, sunglasses and some electronic products are Premium 7/a quality 1st Copies.

  • Good quality brand name boxes (cardboard) will be provided with the respective product if available. Original boxes will cost extra.

RETURN / REPLACEMENT :

  • Replacement of products available in case of any manufacturing defect. The issue should be claimed in a day from the day of delivery.

  • The unboxing video of the product is mandatory to claim any defect.

  • We do not have any return policy. No refunds..

IMPORTANT :

  • We pack the parcels by taking all the safety measures into consideration so that it does not get damaged in transit. It is checked twice before dispatching to ensure hassle-free delivery.

  • We would request you to make an unboxing video while opening the parcel so that we would know the exact issue if in case it gets damaged.

  • Once the payment done then only its book and dispatch... it won't be on hold for any product... we work on "first pay first book theory"

Important Note❗❗📣📣 Parcel opening video is must to address any issues( size,damages,stain, missing items,wrong item delivered etc).Video should be Without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered❗❗
Pls check everything on same day of accepting the parcel. No reports will be entertained next day or so. ❗❗❗❗❗❗
Once Tracking is shared pls take responsibility and follow till delivery. If not delivered in 7-12 days pls inform us. Reports after that will not be accepted.❗❗
For any returns, tracking should be confirm shared with us in 24hrs after sharing return address to you strictly , exchange damage issue return ship bear 50-50
No return/refund for customer dislikes on receiving the stuff. Genuine reasons like damages only will be considered with unpacking video
If Parcel returned due to no service/customer absence at place/incorrect address redispatch courier charges applicable, No cancellation will be entertained.
If the parcel is tampered/damage in transit while receiving it from courier itself then please contact our customer support for our further actions.
